The pursuit of freedom

is one of most importance

but if the pursuit

is sad, lonely, risky

why seek this pursuit?

Which is it we want really?,

the pursuit or the outcome?

We always have done this

but moreso now than ever

we create false identities

and put on masks

which isn't good for others

or for ourselves!

How rude to both those involved

No one else is me

And in all that I create

and will every create

I bow to no one

but the best version of myself

A father stresses about his job

A daughter stresses about her homework

Things in a weeks time will be forgotten

regardless

They decide to go see the lates

movie in theaters, plot unknown

Even for just a brief moment

they forget their troubles

and every desire to be productive

They be here now

and simply enjoy the present moment

If it's all meaningless,

isn't it ok to have a distraction?

All in moderation I suppose

But I think of,

if we all need a distraction

at least periodically

But is something truly a distraction

when it unites us all into the present moment?

It's all made up

Any kind of label

on me or the world

that says anything about me

or that says anything about how I should see the world

I will not have of

I return to my true nature

and I be here now

Waiting for something to happen,

is no good!

I forget about my story

at least for a moment

There is no beginning, no middle, no end

There is just right now

All the beauty is there for

you to see when you find time

every day to do absolutely nothing

but breathe and hear the silence

Because no matter any personal goals

It is always in pursuit

to this end
